The MSB Sales Associates main responsibility is to profitably grow sales of MSB products and services, this includes: a) Welcoming MSB customers, guiding them through the products, answering questions, and making sure customers have a pleasant experience; b) Following the training manuals and SOPs for the department core processes; d) Recommending related products to increase customers options and enrich their relationship with Cardenas; f) Being accountable for the sales, cash, transactions, etc. Proactive qualities and self-directed actions;/liliDedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers. liliPromotes all financial services we offer with each customer that visits the store;/liliComplies with the Companys manual of policies and procedures as well as, Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering Regulations in addition to the Companys transmitters businesses partners/liliMust successfully pass an exam on anti-money laundering compliance training with the Companys designated third-party Company. Must attend all AML training assigned by the compliance team./liliMaintain working area and equipment in optimal conditions, report maintenance and repairs needed;/liliOperate a computer and process all the financial transactions effectively;/liliUnderstanding of how to operate assigned office equipment and other duties;/liliResponsible for the safekeeping of the cash originated from all financial transactions;/liliResponsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all our customers;/li/ulpstrongLeadership Management Skills/strong/pulliAbility to deal with confidential information./liliWillingness to cover a flexible work schedule./li/ulpstrongFinancial Results/strong/pulliResponsible for delivering appropriate information to the customer regarding the different financial services with the main objective of increasing sales./liliFluent in Spanish./liliKnowledgeable in computer navigation and software./liliNo criminal record./liliAbility to work under little or no supervision./Spanish and English/liliFinancial Services experience/li/ulpstrongPhysical Demands And Work Conditions:/strong/ppThe physical demands and work conditions below representative those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
