As a Commercial Painter with CBRE , you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a world-class facility through high-quality finishes, surface prep, and specialty coatings. 4X10 Schedule: 1:30pm-12am (flexible with days)

Use necessary tools and equipment to complete duties related to application of varnish, polyurethane, primer paint, and other specialty coatings.

Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing and cleaning job sites, materials, and tools.

Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of used materials to sustain a safe and hazard-free work environment.

Estimate time and order materials, equipment, tools to complete assigned work.

Ensure that all tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety.

Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.

Work within broad guidelines and policies.

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-4 years of job-related experience. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
