This role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering guest questions, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.What You’ll BringGreet guests in a friendly and professional manner when assisting at tables.Refill water glasses, replenish beverages, and remove used dishes as needed.Deliver food to tables accurately and promptly, ensuring correct presentation.Support servers in meeting guest needs throughout each dining experience.Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly according to restaurant standards.Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including chairs, floors, service stations, and restrooms as assigned.Assist with the organization and restocking of service areas (cutlery, napkins, glassware, condiments, etc.).Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.At least two (2) years of related customer experience required.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
