Junior Graphic Design

Job Description
We are looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to execute digital communications that translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, visually engaging designs. The role focuses on email marketing, site updates, social media projects and occasional print design, and collaborates across teams including marketing, copywriting, merchandising, and project management.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, create, and deliver high‑quality designs for email, website, social media, and print assets.

Support site updates: home‑page slides, category banners, templates, landing pages.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop engaging, on‑brand marketing emails and other projects on a weekly/monthly basis.

Work within established templates and brand guidelines to meet deadlines.

Maintain design consistency and quality assurance across all deliverables.

Assist with print materials, including preparing mechanicals for trimming and packaging production.

Apply foundational AI tools for creative workflow and innovation.

Qualifications

Based in Los Angeles; willingness to work from our El Segundo Headquarters.

1‑2 years of graphic design experience with a focus on e‑commerce and fashion, or relevant internship experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Web Design, or equivalent professional experience.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Strong understanding of web typography, photography, and visual hierarchy.

Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic AI literacy and willingness to experiment with generative AI tools.

Nice to Have

Experience with Figma prototyping and slide decks.
