Alliance Home Care Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Caregiver

We strive to enhance the quality of life for our clients through personalized, attentive care. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. Your primary responsibility will be to offer personal care, companionship, and help with daily tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Help with mobility, including transfers and ambulation, and ensure a safe environment.

Prepare and serve meals, following any dietary restrictions or preferences.

Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organization.

Provide medication reminders and help with prescribed exercises or therapies.

Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.

Monitor and report changes in clients health or behavior to appropriate personnel.

Adhere to all safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
