Head of Project Management

Serve as Project Manager responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.

Implement corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the project and intermediate products in support of the project.

Responsible for obtaining and maintaining the District's corporate commitment to the management plan.

Coordinate the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and other aspects for projects of substantial scope and complexity, as measured by diversity, geographical location, management demands, technical intricacies, and issues.

Control and manage project milestones and budgets from planning through construction and project turnover.

Review project progress, measure performance, and take necessary corrective actions to maintain agreed‑upon schedule and cost.

Represent the District Commander, serving as the District's primary point of contact for projects assigned with stakeholder/customer, other external organizations, and higher authorities.

Keep the stakeholder/customer fully informed of project progress, issues and their resolution, and any impact on costs.

Travel up to 30% may be required.
