Warehouse Responsible and Delivery

Location: Albany, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year, depending on qualifications
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Albany, NY warehouse. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, coordinating daily workflow, and supporting the overall needs of the business.
The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on leader who can effectively manage warehouse activities while also being comfortable working alongside the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations and prioritize workflow to meet business needs
Manage inventory levels, inventory tracking, and cycle counts
Coordinate receiving, shipping, loading, and unloading of deliveries
Ensure accurate inventory records and documentation
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Perform and oversee material handling and heavy lifting as needed
Utilize computers and warehouse management systems for inventory tracking, data entry, and other administrative tasks
Maintain an organized, clean, and productive warehouse environment
Ensure compliance with company safety and housekeeping standards
Coordinate and communicate daily warehouse activities with other departments
Identify and address inventory or operational issues in a timely manner
Provide hands‑on leadership and support to warehouse personnel
Perform other duties as required to support warehouse operations
Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, or inventory management experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Forklift experience and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn warehouse management/inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and material handling
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
