Hers and His Plumbing: Plumber
$35 per hourJPI Plumbing & Heating
No two renovation plumbing projects are the same. Every building presents different challenges, every project requires problem-solving, and the best mechanics know how to adapt without compromising their standards. If you take pride in your work, think on your feet, and enjoy seeing a project come together, we'd like to meet you.
JPI Plumbing & Heating is looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team. Working on residential and commercial renovation projects, you'll tackle everything from rough-ins and finish work to troubleshooting existing systems, collaborating with other trades, and finding practical solutions when conditions aren't exactly what the drawings expected.
If you're someone who works clean, communicates well, and believes quality workmanship still matters, you'll fit right in.
What We Offer
At JPI Plumbing & Heating, we know that good tradespeople have choices. That’s why we've built a company where skilled mechanics are respected, supported, and given steady work on projects they can be proud of.
In addition to a competitive salary starting at $35/HR depending on experience, we offer:
401(k) with company matching
Health and disability insurance
Your own professional hand tools
Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail
Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
Overtime opportunities
Company vehicle for qualified techs
Steady, year-round work
Career advancement opportunities
A team that understands the realities of working in the field
Leadership that values great craftsmanship and the people who deliver it
What You'll Do
Complete rough-in and finish plumbing for residential and commercial renovation projects
Troubleshoot plumbing systems and develop practical solutions to unexpected site conditions
Work closely with other trades to keep projects moving
Read drawings and interpret existing building conditions to complete high-quality installations
Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company standards
Complete accurate job reports and daily service tickets
What You Bring
5+ years of plumbing renovation or remodel experience
