The Monarch San Antonio, Curio Collection by Hilton, is a 200-room, 17-story boutique hotel located in the vibrant Hemisfair District of downtown San Antonio. Designed as a destination in itself, the property features thoughtfully curated meeting and event venues-including the iconic La Mariposa sculpture pavilion-a full-service spa, five distinct food and beverage concepts, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and a separate rooftop pool overlooking the city.

The Room Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort in guest rooms and assigned areas. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.

Guest Room Cleaning & Presentation

Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms to five-star hotel standards, ensuring immaculate presentation at all times.
Make beds with precision and replenish linens, towels, and amenities according to brand standards.
Guest Experience & Service
Follow established procedures for turndown service and special guest preferences.
Ensure housekeeping equipment, carts, and storage areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate closely with supervisors, housekeeping team members, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a luxury or five-star hotel environment preferred.

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
basic English preferred (additional languages preferred).
Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
