Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Resorts at Pooler, a premier Nursing Home in Pooler, Georgia. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents, while maintaining a safe and positive environment. Supervise and coordinate the activities of caregivers and other staff members on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive quality care and services

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and safety, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care

Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless care transitions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

Identify and report any potential issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

High school diploma required; degree in a related field preferred

At least 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on long-term care

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care, with a commitment to providing exceptional service

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
