Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert on BABA, CPA, Davis-Bacon, and Uniform Guidance, leading the procurement compliance strategy for federally and state-funded projects.
Design, implement, and maintain robust governance frameworks, procedures, templates, and compliance standards to minimize risk across the funding portfolio.
Partner with Legal, Engineering, Sourcing, and Operations teams to seamlessly embed public funding compliance requirements into Our Client's standard procurement processes.
Lead readiness assessments, external agency reviews, and audits while delivering comprehensive compliance dashboards and risk mitigation plans to executive leadership.
Deliver organization-wide training and compliance guidance to ensure all procurement activities protect Our Client's ability to secure and retain critical grants and loans.
