Physiotherapist (Temporary)

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
Experience with documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, delegate tasks to therapy assistants or aides, and supervise students as needed preferred.
Adherence to state Practice Act and facility policies required.

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, 8-hour shifts).
