Technical Program Manager - Body & Closures

As a TPM for the Body & Closures team, you will play a critical role in keeping engineering and hardware development efforts organized and on track - partnering with mechanical engineers and external vendors to manage schedules, coordinate hardware builds, and clear technical roadblocks.

Timeline & Schedule Management: Build, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules for mechanisms, sealing, and structural integration.

CAD & Packaging Design: Demonstrated ability to conduct packaging investigations or manage clash analysis utilizing tools such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks.

PLM & Release Management: Proficiency in managing the release of technical datasets and manufacturing drawings through formal PLM workflows.

2-4 years in project management, TPM, manufacturing, or ME.

Exposure to physical product development lifecycles (Design, Sourcing, Validation, Build) - ideally automotive, robotics, aerospace, or consumer electronics.

Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams.

Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

BS in ME, Industrial Engineering, Business, PM, or related field.

Familiarity with automotive body systems (latches, hinges, actuators) or manufacturing processes.

Basic familiarity with 3D CAD or PLM systems (like 3DEXPERIENCE).
