We’re looking for a passionate barista to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate is someone who appreciates the quality of a delicious, well-crafted beverage and is passionate about delivering that experience to each guest that comes through our doors. When you join our team, you’ll be responsible for providing a welcoming environment, with customer service and quality at the center of everything you do. You’ll be able to speak authentically about who we are, as well as every item on our food and beverage menu. You love a good cup of coffee, and are always ready to lend a helping hand to a colleague, and you don’t take yourself too seriously. Create & serve our full beverage menu while upholding consistency of the maman beverage standards

Work with top of the industry equipment and high quality, locally roasted coffee

Manage your time effectively and multi-task with efficiency that does not compromise quality

Efficiently work on the barista station while delivering beautiful & artistic espresso beverages

Ensure return visitors and foster relationships with regulars through warm hospitality and impeccable service – do you know their order? Dial up the coffee without even asking!

Always keep your barista station sparkling, no one likes working in a messy place!

Assist with re‑stocking at the end of your shift – team work makes the dream work, so set your self & your colleagues up for success

You have third wave coffee experience

You have minimum 2 years barista experience

You are an experienced front of house professional with a sweet toothfor cookies

Hospitality is your passion; Quality, aesthetics & top notch customer experience is a non-negotiable for you
