Position Highlights

Responsibilities

Provide direct emergency and trauma care

Perform rapid assessments and prioritize patient needs

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations

Document patient care accurately and efficiently

Requirements

Active IL RN license
2+ years ER experience required
AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Strong triage and critical-thinking skills
Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations
