Conducts patient interviews to obtain registration information, complete required forms and obtains signatures. Initiates financial counseling process. Accurately obtains all required information to perform registration of patients for all services.Obtains accurate insurance information for billing purposes.Completes all required data for financial services.Effectively communicates with customers. Assists customers with inquiries.Assertively demonstrates ability to meet production standard of collection goals for NWMC.Consistently refers uninsured and underinsured patients to financial assistance. Proficiently utilizes computer system to access patient information, email, and other required systems.Education & Experience:** High School Diploma or GED or Completion of two years of college level classes. Minimum of 6 months customer service required. Knowledge of computers, and other standard office equipment required.
