“Know Your Schedule” Night Shift Role | 4 Days Off Every Week
Schedule: Sun/Mon/Tues.
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

- 24-bed Pulmonary Care Unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio (may flex to 1:6)

This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation.
What We're Looking For:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
Acute care nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
Passion for helping patients achieve recovery goals and improve quality of life
What You'll Do:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Care for patients with COPD, asthma, pneumonia, respiratory failure, pulmonary embolism, and other respiratory conditions
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with established standards of care
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes optimal health outcomes
