We'recurrently hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. The best caregivers on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their CarePartners!
Core responsibilities for all caregivers:
Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
Hospital discharge escort — safelyaccompanyingmembers home after discharge
Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits
Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
Reliable — when you commit to a shift, you show up
Tech-comfortable — confident using a smartphone app for work tasks
