RN - Respiratory Care

Role Overview:

We are seeking a registered nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide advanced monitoring and care for moderately complex patients with diverse diagnoses, including respiratory, cardiac, neurologic, trauma, and post-procedure conditions.

As a PCU nurse, you will assess, monitor, and educate patients, utilizing sophisticated equipment and treatments such as invasive hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, arrhythmia analysis, and thrombolytic therapy. You will also support professional development through committee participation, certifications, education seminars, and preceptor roles.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care in a specialized unit with a team-oriented approach.

Manage complex conditions like myocardial infarction, heart failure, multisystem failure, and post-cardiac arrest scenarios.

Utilize advanced equipment and therapies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Promote ongoing professional growth and education.

Qualifications & Skills

Current RN licensure recognized in the relevant state.

Relevant clinical experience in the designated area.

Ability to handle complex patient conditions and utilize advanced monitoring technology.
