Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Nurse Techs to join our evening team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.

Hillcrest Health & Rehab provides skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care in a supportive environment focused on helping residents and guests recover, maintain independence, and feel comfortable and cared for.

As a Nurse Tech, you will help bring that mission to life by providing hands-on care, supporting daily routines, and helping residents and guests feel safe, respected, and comfortable throughout the evening.

As an Evening Nurse Tech, you will work closely with nurses and other care team members to provide personalized support during one of the busiest parts of the day.

Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents and guests.

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, and other personal-care needs.

Support residents and guests with meals, dining, hydration, and evening routines.

Respond promptly to call lights and requests for assistance.

Help residents and guests feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.

Observe for changes in condition, behavior, or needs and communicate concerns to the nurse.

Follow individualized care plans and resident or guest preferences.

Support bedtime routines and help residents and guests settle in comfortably for the night.

Follow established infection-control, safety, and care procedures.

Build positive relationships with residents, guests, families, and fellow team members.

Jump in and help wherever needed to keep the evening running smoothly.

You should be someone who notices when a resident or guest needs help, communicates concerns quickly, and takes pride in making people feel comfortable and respected.

A compassionate and respectful approach to resident and guest care.

Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced care environment.

Comfort assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs.

Ability to work effectively during busy evening routines.

A genuine interest in serving aging adults.

Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, assisted living, or a similar setting preferred.

Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Must be able to safely assist residents and guests with activities of daily living, transfers, mobility, and personal care.

Must be able to perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and movement throughout the shift.

Must be flexible and calm when responding to resident, guest, family, or team needs.

Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced care environment.

Must be able to utilize electronic documentation systems and other healthcare technology.

Must follow established infection-control, safety, and care procedures.

Must be available to work an every-other-weekend rotation.
