Attorney - litigation - law

Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to resolution, including trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement.

Conduct thorough legal research to identify relevant laws, precedents, and facts to support our clients' cases.

Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other court filings.

Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives.

Provide sound legal advice to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and explaining complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Current license to practice law in the state.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation, with a strong track record of success.

Proficient in legal research, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to persuasively argue cases and clearly explain legal concepts to clients.
