BCBA needed for a Full Time Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location: Onsite in Chandler, AZ
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

Manage intake and assessment processes for new clients and families
Design and implement behavioral assessments and individualized treatment plans
Develop clinical programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual
Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality client outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness
Design and implement functional analyses and behavior intervention plans
Lead parent and caregiver training sessions
Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical programs
