This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney with significant experience handling complex Chapter 11 restructurings, insolvency matters, creditors’ rights, and distressed asset transactions.

Advise clients on distressed asset acquisitions, liquidations, and reorganizations

Provide strategic counsel on creditors’ rights, financial restructurings, and bankruptcy litigationCultivate and maintain client relationships, while actively contributing to the firm’s business development efforts

D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission

Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency law
