Front Parts Counter Associate
All Colorado Trucks and Trailers is a full-service dealership offering new and used trailer sales, parts and service. Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional service and value, every time!
All Colorado Trucks & Trailers is GROWING, and we’re seeking a full-time Front Parts Counter associate who’s ready to bring energy, accuracy, and customer service to our Denver, Colorado location.
Medical, Dental and Vision
Field incoming calls from outside customers and department salespeople
Ordering parts and ensuring the counter and warehouse area are clean and organized
Solicit assigned accounts, by phone to promote various parts marketing activities.
Keep orderly records of all orders and special order parts
Process parts orders, returns, and warranties
Strong knowledge of Heavy duty truck and trailer parts
Proficiency with Karmak POS systems, email, and online parts catalogs
Previous experience in parts, warehousing, or diesel repair
High school diploma or equivalent
