Welcome and engage with guests, providing outstanding customer service
Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked gift shop
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Keep track of inventory and replenish stock as needed
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gift shop
Promote special offers and promotions to enhance sales

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
Knowledge of merchandise presentation and display
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
