Inventory Specialist

Stamford, CT | Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible for occasional weekends as needed

Start Time: 6AM to 3:00PM, plus occasional overtime

Compensation: $24.00 / hr + 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked (negotiable)

Load / Unload VBed trailers (as required) and support without reloads

Ship / Receive / Validate all product deliveries and returns

Restock products as required / FIFO (First In, First Out)

Organize / stage product to support daily warehouse operations

Execute daily inventory process: Ensure proper handling/accounting for product damaged as well as in house usage

EOM Inventory Process Document QC Bottles for Return Inventory / Restock / Maintain Warehouse for entire responsible area (could include travel)

Responsible for housekeeping of warehouse including consolidation of product, sweeping, organizing, etc.

Support facility maintenance needs as requested

Complete facility security / safety inspections

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience

Ability to conduct regular inventory counts and audits

Ability to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift

Microsoft Office experience is preferred (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong customer service and communication skills
