Monday - Friday, day-shift position
Ambulatory Care Pharmacy duties:
Direct care of patients
Implementation of clinical programs that involve patients/drug therapy.
Responsible for managing the selection and utilization of pharmaceuticals and supports core clinical programs such as DUR, DIS and formulary management.
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. Prior Ambulatory Care experience or PGYI. Active OR pharmacist license or ability to obtain.
