Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Job Description:
Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our 130-bed facility in Alpharetta, GA. This is a permanent position with a focus on ADL training, chronic pain management, falls and balance, dysphagia, and seating and positioning. The facility features a large, well-equipped gym with plenty of natural light, creating an ideal environment for patient rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Focus on ADL training, chronic pain, falls and balance, dysphagia, seating, and positioning.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Utilize electronic documentation via Net Health; iPads provided for all rehab team members.
Qualifications:
Current Physical Therapist license in Georgia.
Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in electronic documentation.
