Collaborate on the design and documentation of a variety of project types including aviation, education, civic, tribal, commercial, and federal facilities.

Produce drawings, specifications, diagrams, 3D models, and reports that align with project goals.

Apply building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations to develop functional, compliant design solutions.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal team members to deliver integrated project outcomes.

Support QA/QC efforts and construction administration activities, including submittal reviews and site observations.

Lead portions of project documentation and guide junior staff in design development.

Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Clear, professional writing and verbal communication skills.

Degree in Architecture or related design field from a NAAB-accredited program.

• 5+ years of experience on diverse architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, documentation standards, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in sectors such as aviation, civic, commercial, tribal, mission critical, or federal work is a plus.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, licensure, skills, internal equity, and location. This role is eligible for a benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement plan options. Stated benefits are for regular full-time positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.
