Didlake, Inc. is a non-profit rehabilitation services organization. At Didlake, creating opportunities that enrich the lives of people with disabilities is our mission. Since 1965, Didlake has served thousands of people with significant disabilities by providing training, job placement, employment opportunities, and day support services. The Janitor independently cleans restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes/pantries, showers, stairwells, corridors, elevators/escalators, and other work areas. removing trash and other materials for recycling; dusting furniture or fixtures; Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.

Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment; polish metalwork and fittings.

Empty wastebaskets, transport trash to disposal areas, and recycle materials appropriately.

Follow all safety standards and proper use of cleaning equipment.

Maintain quality work and appropriate conduct in line with Didlake policies.

Complete and maintain all required Didlake training.

High School diploma or GED, or

Minimum of 6 months previous custodial or janitorial experience.

Ability to interact effectively with employees with disabilities
