Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design bespoke therapy plans that help them reach their functional objectives
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
Educate Patients and Families: Provide training on therapy methodologies to empower patients and caregivers for continuous progress at home
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
