Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA

At least 2 years of Physical Therapist experience

Patient population includes primarily adults, including sports injuries, school-age children, and Medicare patients, with uncommon pediatric cases

Caseload preference is a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio
