Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking an Electrical Engineer Level 4 to join our team in Chandler, AZ. The Engineer Electrical (Level 4) RTCL position supports Real Time Closed Loop testing of all programs.

This position will be responsible for the execution, maintenance and enhancements of multiple real-time closed-loop (RTCL) and open-loop simulation test stations. This includes RTCL work package development, release and execution as well as RTCL and open-loop asset scheduling across multiple programs. Test Engineering, hardware/software knowledge will be used to assist in the development and design of new RTCL test stations. This is a hands-on engineering position requiring strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn complex DoD requirements, and the ability to operate under senior engineer guidance.

Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience or Master's Degree and 6 years of experience.

S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance prior to start.

Possess both hardware and software skills that are utilized in Test Engineering and test equipment development.

Must possess working knowledge of Linux (e.g. Must have an active Government Secret Security clearance

Cable design and Matlab tools knowledge is a plus.

Test Engineering with software background is highly desirable.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
