In-Home Health Care LVN

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Oak Park, MI. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a home care setting, ensuring their health and comfort while adhering to established care plans and clinical guidelines. Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and patient progress.

Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication instructions, and health promotion.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.

Trait care and long suction

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $28.00 to $30.00, paid bi-weekly.
