CNA/HHA/Caregiver for Home Health Care

Since 2012, Giving Home Health Care has been supporting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy. With a focus on personalized, in-home care, we are committed to assisting those who have dedicated their careers to these vital roles. We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA in Penasco, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.

You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.

Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.

Light housekeeping

Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.

Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
