Salesperson for Retail Sales

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional, consultative sales experience in our retail stores. You’ll greet customers, assess their sleep needs, and recommend mattresses, bed frames, and accessories using product training and tools. Responsibilities include demonstrating features, handling POS transactions, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting daily store operations. You’ll work in a performance-driven, team-focused environment with paid training, opportunities to advance into management, and performance-based bonuses, while helping customers improve their quality of sleep and life.
