Prescribing medications and therapies within the designated scope of practice
Engaging in follow-up care and management for chronic health conditions

Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a relevant specialty
Exceptional communication abilities with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues
Familiarity with EMR systems and comfort with telehealth technologies
