TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03102!

Travel RN – Telemetry / Medical-Surgical (Night Shift, 13-Week Contract)
Contract | Travel | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite
Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed Telemetry/Cardiovascular unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio on both day and night shifts
Administer and manage cardiac drips and monitor patients on continuous telemetry
Collaborate with charge nurses, patient care technicians, and monitor technicians to deliver safe, high-quality care
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Allscripts
Float to like units as required per unit floating policy
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Telemetry or Medical-Surgical setting
Demonstrated knowledge of telemetry monitoring and cardiac patient care
Availability to work every other weekend per scheduling requirements
Familiarity with Allscripts electronic health record documentation system
Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or telemetry unit
