We are looking for an experienced and motivated Client Success Representative to join our Onboarding Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position is responsible for retaining their book of business and assisting our clients in reaching their desired outcomes with our Platform. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management and a desire to provide exceptional client service are required.

Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide prompt and efficient resolution to their inquiries and concerns, by phone, email, and video calls.

Manage the onboarding process for new clients from start to finish and provide additional training as needed.

Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating by providing exceptional service and delivering a quality onboarding and training experience.

Collaborate with the customer to identify and implement strategies to achieve their goals and maximize the value they receive from our products.

Continuously gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

Establish yourself as an expert with a deep understanding of our platform and products.

Deliver a superior client experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the onboarding process.

Achieve and exceed assigned performance targets, including customer retention and upsell targets.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of 2-3 years of Customer Service experience, in a SaSS environment preferred

Excellent attention to detail and quality of work

Ability to learn software solutions quickly

Preferred Qualifications Salesforce

Microsoft suite
