Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse

Westmoreland Manor, a premier Nursing Home in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Westmoreland Manor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values patient care and resident satisfaction.

Administers medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitors resident's status and documents as necessary
• Provides direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Competitive hourly rate: $27.10/hr

• $7,500 sign-on bonus for hires!
