Full-Time Cook $18.00-20.00/hour | Full-Time Days Location: Highview in the Woodlands | Rockton, IL
Make an Impact: Play an essential role in creating a positive dining experience for residents and guests
Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating schedule 10:30 am - 7:00pm

Prepare and cook a variety of foods in accordance with planned menus, dietary requirements, and safety standards
Operate kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
Assist with food storage and inventory
Work collaboratively with the dining services team to ensure quality service
Uphold a safe, efficient, and customer-focused kitchen environment
High school graduate or equivalent (required)

• Active ServeSafe/Food Safety Managers Certification (required)
• Must be 18 years of age to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required)
• 2 years of institutional cooking in long-term care or assisted living (required)
• Institutional cooking, along with a fine dining experience, is preferred
