The IEC Maintenance Mechanic exists to effectively and efficiently repair and maintain existing equipment and fabricate and install new equipment in order to meet production goals and expectations on a consistent basis while maintaining compliance with Environmental, Health, & Safety Standards.

Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot systems and equipment

Repair or replace faulty equipment

Fabricate parts as required

Prepare and complete maintenance documentation, such as work orders and preventive maintenance forms

Communicate in English for end‑of‑shift turnovers

Adhere to all safety guidelines and applicable company policies

Provide training to new employees if assigned by supervisor

Repair and maintain all equipment (pumps, GLVs, filter presses, etc.) Operate forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack

Have electrical background and experience with high voltage up to 480V

Automation and PLC background

Read and draw electrical wiring diagrams

Troubleshoot wiring and PLC issues

Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to complete source‑stated maintenance activities
