As the first point of contact for our truck repair services, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Bilingual skills are a plus! Starting at $50,000 base salary plus commission

Deliver excellent customer service as set by the Service Manager

Schedule appointments and prepare estimates for customers

Advise customers on recommended maintenance per manufacturer specifications

Document repair and service orders accurately in CDK

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals

Follow up with customers via calls or emails on repair status and changes to estimates/pick-up times

High School Diploma or GED required

Prior Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive/truck service experience preferred

Bilingual skills a plus

No security clearance required.
