Sales Associates are essential to our success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to every customer while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Meet and exceed sales targets by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships.

Become a Vision Expert: Provide tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that match each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.

Learn and Grow: Build your skills with hands‑on training and collaborate with experienced colleagues to deliver top‑tier service.

Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Foster Inclusion & Respect: Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and teammates.

Passion for Customer Service: Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is essential.

Sales Savvy: Thrive in a fast‑moving environment, using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.

Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented: Use technology to enhance the customer experience while maintaining transactional accuracy.

A keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.

Pay Rate: $17.98 per hour (variable by location, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage). A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
