Every Weekend Required (This is when the magic happens in real estate!)

· Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour + a $100 bonus for every home closed.

You aren't just "support"-you are the engine that keeps the community running.

• Expert Guidance: Walk prospective buyers through our model homes and help them see the possibilities.
• Relationship Building: Manage the calendar, set appointments, and keep the momentum going for our customers.
• On-the-Job Growth: Participate in active training sessions designed to turn you into a high-performing Sales Executive.

You have a background in retail, hospitality, country clubs, or reception-anywhere where "the customer experience" was your top priority.
