LPN - Triage Nurse (Neurology)

Job Description An employer is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate LVN or RN to join a busy outpatient neurology clinic in Chandler, Arizona. This role is ideal for a newer graduate looking to build clinical experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Review and process patient medical records, labs, and diagnostic reports

Identify and appropriately document normal vs. Manage and respond to triage phone messages during clinic hours

Support providers with general clinical and administrative tasks

PTO: 2 weeks + government‑recognized holidays
