Staff Attorney (Full Time, Remote)

Providing specialized legal expertise in revenue cycle management, the full-time Staff Attorney will analyze and dispute denied insurance claims, draft persuasive appeals, and collaborate with healthcare providers to maximize reimbursement outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

Analyze and dispute denied insurance claims by drafting effective administrative appeals

Draft comprehensive appeal components addressing contractual, regulatory, and statutory issues

Collaborate with analysts, clinicians, and operations specialists on complex cases

Required qualifications

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution

Bar admission preferred but not required for strong candidates

0-2 years of healthcare experience; revenue cycle management experience or exposure is a plus

Outstanding written communication skills with a focus on persuasive argumentation
