As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our PRN team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team as a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to geriatric and rehabilitation patients, with a strong focus on assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs. As a PRN CNA, you will work on an as-needed basis, providing flexible and reliable support to our care team.
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed nursing staff
Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff
Support residents with rehabilitation goals and activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric setting
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance as needed
