Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

Job Skills / RequirementsThis position is part of the Human Resources and Recruitment Department, and tasks for this position are as follows:Reviewing, screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; Maintains Human Resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, addressing any changes and updates, and tracking specific required information. reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; Addressing the administrative and receptionist responsibilities, through excellent communication, phone etiquette, organization, and customer service. Documents Human Resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. working on New Account Staffing and Recruitment Projects, and partnering with Operations in regards to Job and Recruitment Events. Accomplishes Human Resources Department and Organization Mission by completing related results as needed.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or technical school program, preferred Experience: 1-3 years of full cycle recruitment and general administrative experience, preferable in a human resources function.
