The Learning Experience – Canton is seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Teacher to support children in a structured classroom environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy creating engaging classroom experiences where children build independence, communication skills, and strong early academic foundations.

Support daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities

Guide children through learning centers, transitions, and group activities

Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates and developmental progress

Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Prior childcare experience required

Preschool classroom experience preferred

Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements

Competitive pay of $16–$19 per hour based on experience
